District Event

Central District SAR Meeting

Nationally, State Societies are assigned to one of fifteen organizational districts. The Kentucky Society is assigned to the Central District along with the State Societies of Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia. According to a set rotational schedule, the Annual Meeting of the Central District is hosted by one of the four State Societies. This year, it is the Kentucky Society’s turn to host the meeting. As such, the all-day meeting has now been scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025.

Central District Annual Meeting

12:00 p.m. – Lunch at Meeting Locations
12:30 p.m. – Men’s Meeting Begins at Lawrenceburg
12:30 p.m. – Ladies Tour – leave for tour of At The Barn Winery & Vineyard
5:00 p.m. – Cash Bar
6:00 p.m. – Banquet Dinner (Colonial, Jacket & Tie)
7:00 p.m. – Program – Joshua Shepherd: Writer for the Journal of the American Revolution and Sculptor. He will be presenting on Lochry’s Defeat.
